September concludes with above-average rainfall

The trend of the Twin Lakes Area experiencing above-average precipitation in one month and below-average precipitation the next month continued in September. Last month’s rainfall ended up being above average, and no records were broken during the period.

At KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot, the official reporting station for the National Weather Service in Mountain Home, the total rainfall for September was 4.08 inches. That is .42 of an inch above the month’s average of 3.66.
