City council takes steps to establish new commercial water rates in Gassville

The Gassville City Council met Monday evening in a meeting that lasted around 90 minutes. Council members Anita Seaman and Earnest Adkins where absent and council addressed an agenda that included an ordinance to establish a new commercial water rate.
