Saturday will be an opportunity for Mountain Home basketball fans to first learn about the Bombers and Lady Bombers and later see them before the season gets started next week.
The third-annual Mountain Home High School Basketball Preview Show will be held Saturday morning around 7:30, right after the local newscast, on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com. Matt Sharp will be joined by Lady Bombers’ head coach Dell Leonard and Bombers’ head coach Josh Fulcher as they discuss the offseason, their teams and some of the big matchups they’ll face in their quests to return to the state tournament.
That afternoon, the Bomber Tip-Off is scheduled for 1 at Bomber Gymnasium as the Mountain Home High School teams will meet up with alumni. The event starts with high school and alumni introductions followed by teams facing off in practice. The teams for seventh through ninth grades will also be introduced during both practices.
