Jim Wood and Mike Gorton were able to win the inaugural Shop with a Cop Two-Man Scramble Friday at Big Creek Country Club. Wood and Gorton took the tiebreaker over Seth Sullivant and Brandon Maple after both teams finished at the top of the championship flight leaderboard with an 11-under-par 61. Joey Sample and Kirk Brown were third at four strokes back.
Clay Maxey and Brad King captured the first flight with a two-under-par 70. Eric Lunnen and Spencer Adams won the tiebreaker for second place over Randy Smith and Billy Mize after both teams finished one stroke off the lead.
Brandon Barnes and Trevor Himschoot won the tiebreaker over Anthony and John Reed to take the second flight after both teams shot a 76. Erik Stewart and Jackson Roberts finished third at two strokes back.
