MHHS boys finish 3rd, girls end up 4th in Batesville swim meet

The Mountain Home High School swim teams went on the road and took part in the Batesville Invitational on Saturday.

The Bombers finished third out of eight boys’ teams. Caleb Due won the 50-yard freestyle, in which he was 2/10 of a second shy of the school record.

Mountain Home was fourth out of nine girls’ teams. Peeka Traver won the 100-yard butterfly and the 100-yard backstroke.

Both Bomber teams will have their next meet Dec. 4 in Springdale.
