The Mountain Home Lady Bombers wrestling team showcased their strength on Thursday, winning duals against Batesville and Jonesboro in front of a home crowd.
In the first dual, Mountain Home defeated Batesville 56-21. Contested wins came from Ellie Miller, Brooklyn Stuteville, Olivia McCoy, and Eliana Pepin. Additional points were contributed by Bailee Schaffner, Florence Zelk, Izzy Koehler, Jurzie Guiltner, Chrissa Bennett, and Abry Campos.
The Lady Bombers delivered a commanding performance in the second dual, sweeping Jonesboro with a 78-0 victory. Contested wins were earned by Guiltner, McCoy, and Pepin, with other scorers including Schaffner, Zelk, Koehler, Miller, Amiee-Lynn Frirtzal, Stuteville, Gracie Miller, Abby Swartz, Campos, and Kenlyee Miller.
The Lady Bombers will return to action Friday at the Bryant Swarm tournament at Bryant High School, starting at 3:30.
