Spring sports are approaching, and the Mountain Home Parks and Recreation continue its push to get youth signed up. A registration event will be held during the next two Saturday mornings from 9 to noon at the L.C. Sammons Youth Center in Cooper Park.
Signups will be accepted for youth baseball, softball, soccer, golf, the Hurricanes swim team, the Bomber Youth Football League, Twin Lakes Tennis, roller hockey, cheerleading and martial arts. Those signing up for baseball and softball will be eligible for 10% off bats and gloves, 20% off batting helmets and bat bags and 10% off socks from the Lockeroom.
