
The St. Louis Cardinals are set to begin their first road trip of the 2025 regular season on Friday. The Redbirds will have their third straight interleague series as they’re in Boston for a three-game set with the Red Sox.
St. Louis is currently in first place in the National League Central with a record of 4-2. The Cardinals, who lead the Cubs by a half game, picked up a win on Wednesday to avoid getting swept by the Angels.
Boston is tied for fourth place in the American League East with a record of 3-4. The Red Sox are trailing Toronto by two games after taking two of a three-game series over Baltimore.
Erick Fedde will take the mound for St. Louis, and Boston with go with Walker Buehler. The first pitch at Fenway Park is scheduled for 1:10. Friday’s game can be heard on KTLO-AM. The broadcast begins at 12:15 with Ameren Total Access.
