Two individuals were arrested earlier this month after methamphetamine was located in a residence in the middle of West Plains. Willard “Dickey” Martin and Nichole Wilburn each face charges of first-degree drug trafficking and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance.

According to the West Plains Police Department, officers and Howell County deputies executed a narcotics-related search warrant obtained by the South Central Drug Task Force in the 400 block of Cherry Street on April 15. Nearly 6.8 ounces of methamphetamine were located and seized within the residence.

Martin was held on a Probation and Parole detainer with no bond. Wilburn is being held on a bond of $50,000.
