David Ballard has been named the new head coach of the Yellville-Summit High School boys’ basketball program. Ballard kicked off his coaching career interning at Jonesboro High School under Coach Wes Swift. He then spent the past three years as the junior high boys’ coach at Greene County Tech.
Ballard says he and his wife are ready to get back to this area, and he is excited to take over the Panther basketball program.
