The Mountain Home City Council will meet Thursday evening at 5 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.
Four items are listed on the agenda with the first being an ordinance to change an area zoned as residential R-1 to residential R-4 which will be presented by Ted Sanders.
Steve Hill will present a resolution waiving competitive bidding and authorizing the City of Mountain Home Street Department to purchase a one-ton 2025 Ram 3500 4X2 Crew Cab Chassis truck for $47,976.
Another resolution will be presented by Arnold Knox and Tommy Rand which will grant landscape and draining variances to the Mountain Home Saddle Club to construct new restroom facilities at the Saddle Club Arena.
Mayor Hillrey Adams will present a list of surplus items to be sent to auction.
