The Cotter School District will dedicate their new building addition to the high school Sunday afternoon at 3:00. The building was completed a few months ago and will be put to use starting in the fall. It will be called the Thomas-Wilhite Wing in honor of Ronnie Thomas and Sandy Wilhite, two longtime teachers in the Cotter District.
