The traffic light at Highway 62B, Highway 5 North and 1st street is in standby mode and is flashing red at all sides Tuesday morning in Mountain Home. The light was first observed in standby at 10:30 Monday evening.
Motorists should use caution when traveling through the intersection and observe 4 way traffic rules when navigating the light.
