Members of the Alley White American Legion Post 52 have announced the cancellation of the annual Memorial Day Commemoration this Monday due to inclement weather conditions.
Forecasted rainfall is expected to continue through Monday morning prompting organizers to call off the program held at First Security Bank Veterans Plaza 2000 at 11.
Organizers wish all a safe Memorial Day holiday and plan to meet with veterans, military members, officials, and the public again next May for the continuation of the annual service.
