4 new additions to Boone County Most Wanted

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is notifying residents of four new additions to the Most Wanted List.

James Leslie Keeler, a man described as being 5’11” with brown hair and blue eyes, is wanted for alias bench warrant for commercial burglary, theft of property, and habitual offender (no bond); FTA x2 (bond $440.00 Cash or Pro); and FTPTP on no proof of liability insurance and FTC (bond $935.00 Cash or Pro). James Leslie Keeler was last known to be at 3420 Ridgedale Rd in Ridgedale, MO.

Charles Darwin Shives, a man described as being 5’8″ with blonde hair and brown eyes, is wanted for alias bench warrant for possession of Schedule I or II controlled substance- methamphetamine, possession of Schedule VI controlled substance- marijuana, and careless or prohibited driving (no bond); alias bench warrant for possession of Schedule I or II- methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked (no bond). Charles Darwin Shives was last known to be at 1915 Nandina Apt 9 in Harrison, AR.

Matthew Luke Schaeffer, a man described as being 5’11” with blonde hair and blue eyes, is wanted for a bench warrant for domestic battery 2nd degree and interference with emergency communications 1st degree (no bond); bench warrant on revocation of suspended sentence for charges of criminal attempt to commit aggravated residential burglary, aggravated assault, criminal mischief in the first degree (no bond).  Matthew Luke Schaeffer was last known to be at 215 N Willow St in Harrison, AR.

Robert Frank Jarvis, a man described as being 5’9″ with gray hair and blue eyes, is wanted for an alias bench warrant for theft of leased/rented/entrusted property (no bond); alias bench warrant for worthless checks- unlawful acts, theft of property, and unlawful transfer of stolen property to a pawn shop or pawnbroker (no bond).
