21st Annual Gassville in the Park returns Saturday

The 21st annual Gassville in the Park festival will be held at the Gassville City Park on Saturday. There will be a parade, followed by a car show, live music, and around 100 local vendors.

Gassville Mayor, Jeff Braim says the event is a big draw for the city.

The lineup for the parade will begin at 9. The parade itself will start at 10 and be led by community member and business owner, Grand Marshall Allen Franks.

The car show, which will feature classics, show cars and hot rods, will include cash prizes, according to park committee coordinator, Bobby Coble.

This year’s Gassville in the Park will debut increased accessibility for visitors.

The Leslie Williams Band will return this year to play from 11 until 1 and The Ozark Mountain Bluesmen will make their first appearance at the festival from 2 until 4.

KTLO, CLassic Hits and the Boot will broadcast live from noon until 2 with the Treasure Chest which will have $1450 in cash available to win.
