
The Yellville-Summit School Board of Education will meet Monday evening at 5:30 in the Yellville-Summit Administrative Building.
The agenda includes informational sessions such as monthly budget and financial reports, the Superintendent’s update, the Principal’s Data Report and a presentation from Bruce Emerson, Marion County Patron. Revisions for the Certified PPC ASBA and Classified Personnel policies for the 2025-26 school year, as well as changes to policies for the school board and student handbook.
Additionally, a reorganization of the board and a petition for students transfers will seek board action. ACT 503 of 2025 board elections date and term vote will be discussed as well as LEA/MOU with OUR COOP for the 2025 school year, a contract renewal for Norman Hill, Enterprises, LLC and the revised Phase 2 Floor Resurfacing Estimate.
Other board actions will include the district website/social media position PPC, the Cyber Security District Plan and changes to the Supervisor Stipend in Classified Maintenance/Transportation Salary Schedule. The meeting will wrap up with an executive session and board member input.
