Arkansas State University-Mountain Home seeks applicants for a Full-Time Paramedic Instructor
The Full-Time Paramedic Instructor at ASUMH is responsible for teaching and supporting the EMS program, including EMT, EMR, and Paramedic-level courses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, instructional experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement in both teaching and the EMS profession. Responsibilities include classroom instruction, curriculum development, clinical oversight, and participation in institutional service activities.
This position requires an Associate’s degree, current Arkansas Paramedic License and NREMT Certification, Certification in BLS, ACLS and PALS, Instructor Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and Arkansas EMT Instructor Certification. Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 5+ years of paramedic experience, NAEMSE Educator Levels I and II, AMLS and PHTLS Instructor Certification.
Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
