This year’s winner of the Carter’s Jewels For You Pendant was announced Saturday evening during the 25th Red White and Blue Festival.
The winning number is 229754.

This ticket must be presented at Carter’s Jewel Chest by noon Thursday to claim the Whimsical Heart Diamond pendant valued at $5,600. If the winning ticket is not claimed by Thursday, another number will be drawn. Numbers will be drawn every 5th day until a winning ticket is presented.
All proceeds from the drawing go to support the Red, White and Blue Festival.
