A man who was walking naked along Highway 62 Business East in Mountain Home Saturday evening was arrested by Mountain Home Police. Being held in the Baxter County Detention Center is 33-year-old Cole Timothy Breeden of Ione, California.

According to the incident report from the Mountain Home Police Department, an officer first made contact with Breeden about 5:00 when he was dispatched for a welfare check for a man walking in the area of the Wendy’s restaurant with no shirt or shoes. The officer says Breeden threw his hands in the air and asked if he “wanted to take him back?” The officer told him he wasn’t breaking any laws and was free to go.

The officer parked in the Tractor Supply parking lot and about five minutes later he had several motorists drive up and then dispatch informed him of several 911 calls of a naked man at the Mud Busters Car Wash.

The officer headed that way and observed the man he had previously made contact with. He says Breeden asked to be taken to jail.

Breeden is charged with indecent exposure, a misdemeanor. His bail is set at $505.
