The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team defeated Southern Elevation 10 to 2 in a consolation game of the 66th annual Glen Winget Memorial Tournament on Sunday.
Hayden Hyslip earned the win for Mountain Home, giving up seven hits and two runs over four innings, striking out four.
Lockeroom collected 11 hits in the game. Hayden Hyslip, Aidan Shrable and Rhett King each tallied two hits. Hyslip led the team with two RBIs.
Lester White’s boys will be back in action Friday as they play host to Manila with first pitch set for 5.
