Gassville Mayor elected to Arkansas Municipal League

Gassville Mayor Jeff Braim has been elected vice president for District 1 of the Arkansas Municipal League for the 2025-2026 term, the organization announced during its 91st Annual Convention held June 18-20 in Little Rock.Braim, a longtime participant in municipal government leadership, brings nearly two decades of experience with the League, having served on various committees and advisory councils over the past 18 years.

KTLO, Classic Hits and the Boot news spoke with Mayor Braim, who says he is excited about the upcoming year and to be of service to the community.

His election marks a continued commitment to representing small cities in north central Arkansas. As District 1 vice president, Braim will help guide policy and programming for municipalities across the region, working alongside other newly elected officers from around the state.

Founded in 1934, the Arkansas Municipal League is a service and advocacy organization representing all of the state’s cities and towns. It provides training, legal guidance, and legislative representation to strengthen local governance.
