The Mountain Home MacLeod American Legion baseball team was defeated by Huntsville in the State Tournament Wednesday night with a final score of 7-4.
Will Morris started the game for MacLeod, taking the loss with three strikeouts in three and one third innings. Rowan Askew, Wade Miller and Bryce Springfield all pitched in relief.
Layne Helton led the team with two hits, Rowan Askew, Grady Pitcock, Jasper Mott, Camden Payne and Will Morris all added one hit.
