Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital has formally announced EZ Niles as its new administrator, a position he has held since March 2025.
Niles brings more than two decades of experience in the hospital and healthcare industry. His background includes a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Since taking the helm, Niles has collaborated with hospital leadership and staff to improve internal systems, support clinical operations, and strengthen community partnerships. His expertise in healthcare operations and technology has helped drive strategic initiatives that align local care with Baxter Health’s broader mission.
Prior to joining Baxter Health Fulton County Hospital, Niles served as Executive Director of Information Technology, Pharmacy, and Materials Management at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Management from Missouri State University-West Plains.

Outside of his professional role, Niles enjoys spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and attending his sons’ travel baseball games.
