The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team will look to bounce back Thursday morning as it faces Ada, Oklahoma in Day 2 of the Mid-South Regional Tournament. First pitch is set for 9:30.
Mountain Home dropped its opening game Wednesday with a 12-2 loss to Columbia, Tennessee. The Lockeroom scored two early runs but struggled to keep pace as Columbia pulled away in the later innings.
Ada enters the matchup after falling 10-4 to Moberly, Missouri in its tournament opener.
Both teams will be fighting to stay alive in the double-elimination tournament, with the loser being eliminated from regional play.
