
Serenity, Inc. hosted the 15th Taste of The Twin Lakes Monday evening at the Baxter County Fairgrounds. There were many familiar faces and new additions as well. Ticket holders enjoyed a wide variety of local restaurants who offered small portioned items including appetizers, main entree and desserts to guests looking to garner votes. Local restaurants involved included Ozark Fork & Cork, Letty’s, Petite Patisserie, At the Curb, Little T’s Say Cheese, Rapp’s Barren, Bookworms Cafe, and Holy Smokes BBQ.

Proceeds raised will go to benefit Serenity Inc. Based in Mountain Home, the organization has provided emergency shelter and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in Baxter, Marion, and surrounding counties since 1988. The nonprofit offers shelter, legal assistance, and programs to help clients achieve healing and independence.
