Cotter Planning Commission to meet Tuesday night to consider setback variance, rezoning

The Cotter Planning and Zoning Board is set to meet up Tuesday night at 5 at Cotter City Hall.

Items on the agenda include discussion and setting a date for public comments on consideration of a setback variance located at 404 8th Street and consideration to change zoning at 89 Chamberlain Lane to C2 and annexing the location into Cotter City Limits.
