Bomber Basketball volunteers at MHFD

The Bomber Basketball team, known for its noble mindset and blue-collar, gold-standard work ethic, volunteered at the Mountain Home Fire Department on Wednesday.

The Sharp Family fire station, opened in June, has been looking for some assistance in cleaning up parts around the station and the Bomber Basketball team stepped up when the opportunity arose. The Bombers received a personal tour of the station by and then cleaned up rocks and other debris around the station for nearly 90 minutes.




Fire Captain Jake Bickford says he and the crew at the Mountain Home Fire Department appreciate the help of the Bomber Basketball program and noted they were quick to step up when they needed some assistance

Head Coach Josh Fulcher, who will enter his 10th season leading the Bomber Basketball program, says his program always steps up to give a hand to their community when the opportunities arise.

The Bomber Basketball team will open its season in November with their annual Bomber Tip-Off.
