
American Stitchco is marking the 10th anniversary of its purchase of Epoxyn, a move company leaders say expanded its product line and strengthened its role in the specialty materials market.
The acquisition was finalized in 2015, bringing the epoxy and resin manufacturer under the American Stitchco brand. Since then, Epoxyn products have been distributed to a broader base of customers in aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.
KTLO, Classic Hits and the Boot News spoke with Vice President Ben Leulf, who explains the original reason American Stitchco bought Epoxyn back in 2015.

Company officials said the anniversary reflects both Epoxyn’s growth and its integration into American Stitchco’s operations. The division has added new product lines over the past decade while maintaining the epoxy systems that built its reputation.
