Area volleyball; Yellville-Summit, Flippin, Cotter back in action

Several area high school volleyball teams are set to take the court Thursday in nonconference and conference play.

Yellville-Summit Panthers (0-6) will look for their first win of the season when they travel to face the Bergman Panthers (4-1) at 6.

Cave City (2-3) will be on the road to take on Flippin (4-3) at 6 as both teams try to gain momentum in the middle of the season.

The Midland Mustangs (2-3) will visit Cotter (7-0) at 4:30 as Cotter Lady Warriors looks to stay unbeaten.

Salem (3-3) is scheduled to travel to face the Melbourne Bearkatz (4-1) at 7 in a matchup of evenly matched teams.

The Omaha Eagles (3-3) will go on the road to take on Marshall (3-1) at 4:30 as both teams look to build on solid starts to the season.
