A 1-year-old girl who was struck by a vehicle on Thursday in West Plains died from her injuries on Friday, according to the West Plains Police Department.
Police said officers arrested 20-year-old Russell L. Quinn of West Plains, on Saturday in connection with the crash. He is being held on a $100,000 bond on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
