
Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate Hallie Shoffner visited Mountain Home Saturday as she campaigns for the November election against sitting Republican Senator Tom Cotton.
The day included a stop at the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas for a meeting of the Democratic Party of Baxter County. Shoffner also met with local leaders like Mountain Home Mayor Hillrey Adams who gave a tour of the nearly completed Aquatic and Community Center.
The 6th generation delta farmer spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News about what her message is for voters in Baxter County who voted 73% for the Republican ticket in the last Presidential election.
