LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) – Arkansas’ largest city is prohibiting in-person service at restaurants and bars as the number of coronavirus cases in the state continues to rise. Little Rock’s mayor on Thursday said the closure was approved by state officials. Mayor Frank Scott said the restriction will take effect at 8 a.m. Friday. Scott announced the move shortly after the state said the number of coronavirus cases had risen to 46. Scott said the establishments will still be allowed to provide take-out, curbside and delivery services.
