
High school basketball makes up much of the local Friday schedule, and both of Mountain Home’s teams are looking to build off momentum from recent victories.
The Bomber boys will finish their current home stand, as Heritage comes in to the Twin Lakes Area from Rogers. Mountain Home is 1-2 on the season after beating up on Paragould on Tuesday. The War Eagles had a lopsided victory over Greenwood that same night to improve to 2-3.

Mountain Home’s girls will have the first of three consecutive road trips, as they go to Batesville. The Lady Bombers pounded Springdale on Wednesday to improve to 1-2. The Lady Pioneers are unbeaten in three games on the season. Batesville’s last outing was Nov. 23, when they nearly doubled up Highland.
