The Mountain Home High School girls’ basketball team had another rough day as they wrapped up the Cabot Christmas Classic on Saturday. The Lady Bombers fell to Nettleton 48-26.
It was another game in which Mountain Home struggled out of the gate. The Lady Bombers were held to four points in the first quarter. The teams played fairly even in the second quarter, but the Lady Raiders pulled further away in the second half for the 22-point victory.
Briley Pena led Nettleton with 13 points, and Diamond Kimble added 11.
Mountain Home falls to 1-7 on the season, and they’ll travel to Harrison on Tuesday.
