A Mountain Home man pled guilty to sex related charges involving juveniles during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Monday.
Thirty-four-year-old William Marshall Lowry was sentenced to 10 years in prison by Circuit Judge John Putman.
According to Mountain Home Police, an investigation was launched when a woman found photos and videos of an underage girl showering and sleeping that were stored on a phone belonging to Lowry.
Investigators were able to determine that Lowry had been sharing the images with a group using an App on his phone.
It was also alleged that Lowry had sexual contact with an underage male.
During questioning by police, Lowry is alleged to have admitted to the activity and said, “I think I need some help.”
Lowry has been an inmate in the Baxter County Detention Center since being arrested with bond set at $100,000.
