Memphis-Arkansas I-55 bridge to close for two weeks due to construction

The Memphis-Arkansas Interstate 55 Bridge will close to traffic for two weeks beginning this Sunday to continue construction activities on the I-55 and Crump interchange. Drivers commuting from Arkansas to Memphis are urged to take the Hernando de Soto Bridge on Interstate 40.

The closures will take place from 8 P.M. Sunday, June 9, through 8 P.M. Sunday, June 23.
