Eulalah Jane Kidd, affectionately called “Eukey” or “Aunt Lala”, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away May 8, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 93. She was born January 10, 1932, in Monmouth, Illinois, the daughter of Theodore William and Vera Velma Lovitt Hall. She married Luke Marion Andrew Kidd on June 10, 1949 in Monmouth, Illinois. The couple lived in Bernadotte, Illinois for many years before moving to Orlando, Florida. Eulalah cared for the home and raised up three children. She also worked for the Dana Corporation for a time. She lived in Mountain Home since moving from Humboldt, Tennessee in May of 2011. Eulalah enjoyed playing cards and visiting. She was known to be a ray of sunshine, for her sweetness and loving nature, and was always laughing. She was a big sports fan and avid supporter of the Orlando Magic, St. Louis Cardinals, and Kansas City Chiefs. More than anything, she loved her family.

Eulalah is survived by her daughter, Brenda (Jeff) Crain of Mountain Home, AR; sister, Martha Joan Lovell of Monmouth, IL; grandsons, Tyler Lucas Crain of Mountain Home, AR, and Lukas Allen Kidd of Flippin, AR; special friends, Doris Lafary of Smithfield, IL, and Marilyn Cheatham of Illinois; nieces and nephews, Cyndee (Doug) Hardesty of Orlando, FL, Marla (Robert) Humes of Tallahassee, FL, Richard (Beverly) Kidd of Marshall, MO; Sandy (Jeff) Smith of Monmouth, IL, Chris Kidd of Monmouth, IL, Debbie Thompson of Bushnell, IL, Mark (Annette St. Ledger) of Monmouth, IL, Marsha (Gene) Dunn of Taylorville, IL, and Paula (Tim) Larson of Texas, Carol (Johnny) Johnson of FLippin, AR, Wilma Ford, of Flippin, AR Ernie (Daphne) Barclay of Table Grove, IL, and Chuck Barclay of Bernadotte, IL; and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Kevin Allen Kidd; daughter, Linda Elaine Kidd; sisters, Katherine Marie Mettler, Beverly June Lindsey, Leota Mae Grover, and Margaret Louise Hall; special friend, Evelyn Barclay; several nieces; and a nephew.

Eulalah will be laid to rest at Osceola Memory Gardens in Kissimmee, Florida, at a later date.
