The Baxter County Health unit officially opened Tuesday, completing the new facility located at the corner of West Road and Buttercup Drive. The project has been a cornerstone to Baxter County Judge, Kevin Litty’s first term.
Litty says this project is one the county has been working toward for many years.

The new facility will replace the current health unit on Burcher Drive providing county residents with expanded access to the services the county provides.
