Song is accused of attempting to murder a federal officer and discharging a firearm during a violent crime in an attack on July 4 at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility. During the incident, an Alvarado police officer was shot and wounded.
