The Mountain Home American Legion baseball team was able to show their dominance as they shut-out Heber Springs Wednesday evening with a final score of 12 to 0.Mountain Home got on the board in the first after a Ryder McClain double, then the game stayed close until the top of the sixth inning when Lockeroom put up six runs on five hits and busted the game wide open.
Hayden Hyslip earned the win for Mountain Home, giving up one hit and zero runs over one inning. Ethan Light, Nate Henderson, Maddex Chism and Rhett King all came in to pitch in relief, to combine for the shut out.
Mountain Home Lockeroom will be in action again Thursday as they travel to Springdale for a pair of games, first pitch is set for noon.
