
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two individuals wanted on outstanding warrants.

Richard Johnallen Hanberg is wanted on a bench warrant for fleeing in a vehicle, two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a Schedule I/II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, driving left of center and speeding 15 miles per hour over the limit. He is also known by the alias Richard John Allen Hamberg. Hanberg’s last known address is on Highway 92 West in Bee Branch. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His bond has been set at $10,000 cash or professional bond.

Jimmy Lee Bagby is wanted on an alias bench warrant for breaking or entering, theft of property valued at $5,000 or less but more than $1,000, criminal mischief in the first degree and criminal trespass. He is also wanted on a bench warrant for residential burglary, theft of property and criminal mischief in the first degree. Bagby’s last known address is on Buckeye Lane in Marble Falls. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. His bonds have been set at no bond for the first warrant and $20,000 cash or professional bond for the second.
