Three members of the University of Arkansas baseball team have earned postseason honors from Southeastern Conference coaches following the conclusion of the regular season.

Left-handed pitcher Hunter Dietz was named first-team All-SEC after posting a 7-3 record with a 3.32 earned run average and a conference-leading 117 strikeouts through 14 starts this season.

Dietz became the fourth consecutive Arkansas starting pitcher to earn first-team All-SEC recognition. He also ranks 10th in Razorback history for strikeouts in a single season.

Relief pitcher Ethan McElvain received second-team All-SEC honors after compiling a 5-0 record with a 1.24 ERA and five saves in 17 appearances.

Catcher Ryder Helfrick was selected to the SEC All-Defensive Team. Helfrick started all 54 games behind the plate and is considered one of the nation’s top defensive catchers statistically.

According to Arkansas officials, the selections mark the 68th, 69th and 70th All-SEC honors in program history.
