Country music duo Thompson Square will be the headlining act for the 2026 return of ARkanfest on the Farmers and Merchant’s Square stage at Hickory Park.
The two day music event will run June 12 and 13 and is a free family friendly music festival provided in partnership with the City of Mountain Home and local businesses.
Known for songs like “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not” and “If I Didn’t Have You” local promoter Rickey Crawford says it’s not the first time Thompson Square has visited Mountain Home.

Thompson Square will perform on the Saturday evening of Arkanfest and is scheduled to take the stage at 8:15 following the opening act.
The Friday night before will feature Members Only, a regional 80s and 90s cover band. Crawford says there will be something for everybody with this dynamic group.

The two day festival will feature food vendors and the Baker District on full display for visitors. Crawford appreciates everyone helping to bring in acts so locals can enjoy world class entertainment at home free of charge.
