The Marion County Quorum Court will meet Tuesday at 5:30.
Under new business, justices will consider an ordinance authorizing the purchase of parcels adjacent to the Marion County quarry for county road department use.
The court will also consider an ordinance amending the percentage breakdown of the countywide sales tax beginning June 1, a fund transfer for the 2025 ACC gross payroll audited annual premium and an ordinance appropriating funds for the purchase of ballistic vests for the sheriff’s office.
The meeting is open to the public.
