Arkansas State University–Mountain Home is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Student & Academic Operations Manager.

Job Requirements/Description:

The Student and Academic Operations Manager reports to the Provost and supports institution-wide initiatives by providing leadership, coordination, and project management across key functional areas, including but not limited to grants, student conduct, assessment, and special projects. This position works collaboratively with all colleagues across campus to advance strategic priorities, improve student success, and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, along with experience in higher education administration, student affairs, academic affairs, or project management. Candidates must also demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
