
An Illinois man was injured in a single-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in Ozark County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) says the 20-year-old from Danville sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Health in West Plains for treatment.
The MSHP does not release the names of those involved in motor vehicle or boating accidents.
According to the crash report, the accident happened when the man’s vehicle went off the left side of the roadway, struck a sign, several fence posts, and came to rest against a tree.
The crash happened on U.S. Highway 160 about 10 miles east of Gainesville at 2:50 Saturday afternoon.
