Kathryn “Kitty” Sutterfield, 91, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026, in Mountain Home. She was born September 4, 1934, in Sasakwa, Oklahoma, to Robert and Barbara (Ramsey) Treat. She was married to Bill Sutterfield for 53 years. Kitty was a longtime member of Hope Center Church and loved the Lord with all her heart. She was an excellent homemaker, and she also worked at Baxter Lab and Stitchco. She loved her family and a multitude of dear friends. Kitty also enjoyed playing competitive games and entertaining. She was a social butterfly who was happiest when visiting with loved ones.
Kitty is survived by three children, Mike Sutterfield of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Connie Kennedy (Randy) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Stacy Terry of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren, Bill Sutterfield, Kelli Sampson (James), Tommy Sutterfield (Eugenia), Tim Terry (Tara), Joshua Terry, Jerod Terry (Altynai), Amanda Hammock (Stan) and Andrew Kennedy (Celeste); fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Sutterfield; her parents and six siblings.
Arrangements are by Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Hope Center Church, 750 Green Valley Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653 at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time.
