New homes, $1 million project highlight March building permits

Building permits issued in Mountain Home during March totaled $1,224,861.09 in valuation.

The largest project was a new residential home for Anthony and Heidi Gregory on Shady Grove Drive, valued at $1 million.

New residential construction also included multiple permits for North Village Tiny Homes on Highway 5 North, with units 11 through 24 each valued at $3,077, along with a new home for Phillip Demers on Ridgewood Drive valued at $100,000.

Residential remodel permits were issued to Brandon Maple on Gray St.; Page Lauerman on East 10th St.; Hillrey Adams on Meadowhill; and Mark Sheaner on East Sixth St.

A residential addition permit was issued to Jeannie Uchtman on Ashington Drive.

Accessory structure permits were issued to Jerry New on South Cardinal Drive and Judith Hardin on Oak Meadow.

Commercial permits included a remodel for Cedar Square Rentals on East Seventh St. and Interventional Pain Management on Bucher Drive.

Commercial sign permits were issued to Mountain Home Public Schools at 500 Bomber Blvd.; TC Innovation Roofing at 400 South Church St.; and The Thinking Cap Academy at 625 Highway 5 North.

Total fees collected for the month were $2,344.75.
