The Baxter County Quorum Court will meet in regular session Tuesday evening at 5:30.
Under new business, justices will consider an ordinance adopting revisions and additions to the Baxter County personnel policy and the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office personnel policy.
Additional items include an ordinance establishing the rate of pay and reimbursement for jury services, an ordinance amending compensation for members of the Baxter County Board of Equalization and several appropriation ordinances involving funds for the sheriff’s office, prosecuting attorney’s office, building and grounds, a temporary deputy treasurer position, road and bridge and aviation.
The agenda also includes a resolution authorizing the destruction of old district court records and resolutions confirming appointments to fire protection district boards of commissioners, as well as re-appointments to the Baxter County Equalization Board.
The meeting will take place in the second floor courtroom in the Baxter County Courthouse and is open to the public.
